Three ways you are protected.

Purity-match guarantee

Have any lot independently assayed. If the result does not match the certificate we issued for it, the order is replaced or refunded in full.

Damage and seal cover

Report shipping damage or a broken tamper seal within seven days with photos of the box, seal, and vial. Verified claims are re-shipped at no cost.

Delivery cover

Parcels lost or misrouted in transit are re-sent once the courier confirms the exception. Tracking is issued at dispatch on every order.

Shipping

Orders are prepared on business days and ship in plain, tamper-evident packaging. Transit times and carriers are confirmed at checkout.

Returns

Because records are handled as laboratory material, returns are limited to shipping damage, fulfilment errors, or purity-match claims reported within seven days of delivery.

Payment methods available at checkout are shown before the order is placed. Prices are listed in USD.

Privacy

Order and contact details are used to fulfil and document orders. Analytical records are retained for lot traceability.
