Report shipping damage or a fulfilment error within seven days of delivery with photos of the outer box, the seal, and the vial. Verified claims are replaced or refunded. If an independent assay of your lot does not match the certificate we issued for it, the same applies.

When will my order leave?
In-stock records ordered before 3 PM on a working day are dispatched that same day. Orders after the cut-off move on the next run.
What does the package look like?
A plain outer box with no branding, product names, or contents description. Vials are seated in foam behind tamper-evident seals.
Is shipping temperature controlled?
Lyophilized records are stable in transit. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C on arrival and keep material away from light.
What if a parcel arrives damaged?
Report damage within seven days with photos of the outer box, the seal, and the vial. Verified claims are replaced or refunded.
