How verification works.
Who performs the analysis?
Assays are run by an independent third-party laboratory. Results are filed against the lot identifier rather than the product name so paperwork always matches the vial.
What methods are used?
Reverse-phase HPLC establishes purity and mass spectrometry confirms identity. Both results are reflected on the certificate for the lot.
What happens if a lot misses its certificate?
Have the lot independently assayed. If the result does not match the certificate we issued, the order is replaced or refunded.
How long are records retained?
Analytical documentation is retained per lot and can be re-issued on request at any time from the COA lookup.
